Kevin is a licensed and insured contractor based in Tampa, FL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.

Kevin has managed new construction and renovation projects with a combined portfolio exceeding $60 million in value. His experience includes commercial structural renovations and new-build commercial projects, where he directly supervised on-site operations.

Trey brings 8 years of experience from a major paving company, where he served as a foreman overseeing large-scale concrete and asphalt paving projects. His work includes commercial developments and government contracts for the FDOT.

Trey’s craftsmanship, leadership, and quality-control expertise ensure every project is executed to the highest standard.
